Audience/Guest Interaction (As part of the show)

An audience member is no longer picked at random from the stands during the show but instead someone is selected on the way into the stadium and seated in the front rows.

Towards the end of the show, the presenter walks that person over to one the trainers when it’s time for that person to have their dolphin interaction.

The trainer gives the participant instructions on where to stand and what to do, then participant approaches the dolphin, touches the dolphin where instructed, however is remains out of the trainers arms reach.

Both the dolphin and participant pose and a Sea World photographer takes a souvenir photograph that the participant can purchase after the show. The participant then walks back to the trainer.

Today it was dolphin Kiama's turn to participate in this guest interaction.

Kiama is captive bred, born in 2003. Making his current age at the time of this photograph apporximately 13 years old.

Kiama''s sire and dame information is unknown by us at this time.

Kiama is a perfroming dolphin and is also part of the breeding program, having sired dolphin Stella born in 2013.
